Choose the correct option from the codes given below:
The first statement is correct, however, even if a cabinet member is not MP at the time of joining, he is given 6 months time to comply with this.
The second statement is also correct. If a minister loses confidence of PM, PM would simply ask him to resign. If the minister does not do so, PM would recommend President to dismiss the minister.
The third statement is incorrect because Prime Minister is the head of the Council of Ministers.
