The first and third statements are correct. We note here that this act provided that An Indian would be inducted in the Governor-General’s Executive council. Satyendra Sinha was the first Indian who became the member of Governor-General’s Executive Council. Two Indians were inducted in the Indian Council of Secretary of State, they were-K.C. Gupta and Sayyid Husain Bilgrami.
