Right to property was a fundamental right provided by constitution of India Under article 31. On June 20, 1978 This right was omitted from the list of fundamental rights and it was made a legal right.  Implied Rights: Right to live with dignity, Right to Privacy, Right to speedy trial, Freedom of press etc are implied rights which means that they have been not explicitly provided in the constitution but given to citizens by Government through liberal interpretation of the constitution RTI, apart from being a legal right, has been given the status of a fundamental right under Article 19(1) of the Constitution. Article 19 (1) under which every citizen has freedom of speech and expression and have the right to know how the government works, what role does it play, what are its functions and so on.
