All are correct statements. While framing this question, I was putting Cakhudane in one of the options as Eye donation. But this term is ambiguous, so I did not use.
At this page (http://goo.gl/DL2N6E) there is one interesting note on Cakhudane or चक्षु दान or eye donation. Based on the context of those times, it appears that it refers to either ending blinding as a form of punishment or giving wisdom to someone.
