"Raisina Dialogue" is an Indian flagship to be hosted in March-2016 with a focus on strategic issues and connectivity in the Asia- Pacific region commensurating with its rising global profile. The dialogue is to be organised in collaboration with Delhi-based think tank Observer Research Foundation.
